Vitax Hydrangea Feed Pouch 1kg

Give your hydrangeas everything they need for strong, healthy growth and a generous display of flowers with Vitax Hydrangea Feed. This granular fertiliser is formulated specifically for hydrangeas. It provides a balanced supply of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, enriched with magnesium for rich green foliage and iron to support vibrant flower colour. A single application keeps feeding for weeks, encouraging more flowers and brighter, longer-lasting blooms. It is suitable for all types of hydrangea, including mopheads, lacecaps, panicle and arborescens varieties.

How to use:

• When planting: mix 70–140g (two to four handfuls) into the backfill soil, depending on the size of the plant.
• Spring top dressing: in early spring, scatter 70g per square metre (about two handfuls) evenly over the area beneath the branches, then apply a second dressing six to eight weeks later.

Work the granules lightly into the soil surface with a rake, hoe or fork, and water in well during dry weather. A gloved handful is roughly 35g.

Please note that this feed will not turn pink hydrangeas blue. For that, use it alongside Vitax Hydrangea Colourant. Supplied in a resealable 1kg pouch. Always read the label before use, store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Analysis: NPK 10-7.5-10.2 with 3% magnesium oxide and 1% iron.
