We deliver online orders to addresses in the United Kingdom. The delivery options available for your order, the delivery charge and the estimated delivery timeframe are shown at checkout before payment. These can vary according to the delivery address and the items in your basket.

Click & Collect in Cornwall

Click & Collect is available from Pengelly Garden Centre in Cornwall when the option is shown at checkout. Select Pick up at checkout and wait for your Ready for pickup notification before travelling to collect your order. Please have your order number available when you collect.

Collection availability and the expected collection date are confirmed during checkout and in your order notifications. Collection is available during the garden centre's advertised opening hours.

Products with special delivery requirements

Some products may need a different fulfilment method because of their size, weight, fragility or handling requirements. Where this applies, the available option will be shown at checkout or Pengelly will contact you before dispatch to agree the next step.

Orders made in error and returns

If you have ordered in error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

Once the eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we refund the item value paid, but not the delivery or postage charge. You are responsible for return postage. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.
