Found it — this is Lathyrus latifolius (Everlasting/Perennial Sweet Pea), distinct from the annual sweet peas T&M usually sells. Here's the listing:

From the range developed with the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, this is a charming perennial Sweet Pea that returns year after year. The purple-pink flowers are unscented, and perhaps not quite as showy as their annual cousins, but this resilient, easy-going species happily rambles without ever becoming a nuisance in the border. It's ideal for weaving colour through evergreen shrubs or sprawling down tricky slopes and embankments as quick-growing summer ground cover, and its nectar-rich flowers are a valuable draw for pollinating insects.

Sow indoors in October for transplanting outdoors the following spring, or direct sow outdoors from March to April. For autumn sowings, sow 3 seeds per small pot at a depth of 1cm in free-draining seed compost, placing in a propagator or sealed bag at 18-20°C until germination, which takes 7-21 days — grow on in cooler conditions before moving to a cold frame to overwinter. Spring sowings can go straight into drills outdoors, 2.5cm deep and 7.5cm apart. Pinch out growing tips once the second pair of leaves has opened to encourage bushier growth, and plant out at 23cm spacing in any well-drained soil in full sun. Reaching up to 200cm in height with a spread of 100cm, feed and water regularly through the growing season, and deadhead to keep the flowers coming.
