Scabiosa incisa 'Kudo Pink ' 3Ltr

A pretty, mound-forming perennial with a long and generous flowering season. Wiry stems rise above finely divided, grey-green foliage, each carrying delicate pink pincushion-like flowerheads with a neat, tight button centre. Larger-flowered than many other scabious varieties, it's a lovely addition to the front of a sunny border, gravel garden, or patio container, and makes an excellent long-lasting cut flower. Reaching around 35-45cm in height and 20-30cm in spread, it's a compact, well-behaved plant, ideal for smaller spaces.

Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil in full sun, protecting from excessive winter wet. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering, but leave the last flush of blooms to form seedheads for winter interest and to attract garden birds.

Each plant is hand-selected for healthy, vigorous growth before it leaves us.
