Prunus x sub Autumnalis Rosea — 12L Container

Prunus x subhirtella 'Autumnalis Rosea', the pink autumn-flowering cherry, brings colour to the garden in the depths of winter. Pale pink, semi-double flowers open in mild spells from late autumn to early spring. The leaves turn yellow and orange in autumn. A small, spreading tree offering year-round interest.

It grows to around 4m x 3m after 10 years. Plant in full sun in well-drained soil; it tolerates most soils, including chalk and clay. Little pruning is needed, but any that is required should be done in summer, when the risk of silver leaf is lowest.
