Paeonia Lactiflora 'White Wings' 2Ltr

A graceful, timeless classic introduced in 1949, 'White Wings' bears very large, single, pure white blooms with buds that open showing purple streaks before quickly fading to white — all centred with a brilliant cluster of golden-yellow stamens. Lightly fragrant, the elegant, airy flowers create a striking contrast against dark, glossy green foliage and sit on nice sturdy stems.

Blooming from May into June, this variety is more tolerant of shade than many other peonies, making it a versatile choice for borders that don't get full sun all day. Reliable and long-lived once established, it makes a beautiful, unusual cut flower with its simple, elegant form.
