Kadai Travel Skewers x2 with Pouch

Bring your grilling to the next level with the Kadai Travel Skewers (Set of 2). Hand-forged in mild steel with a decorative leaf design, these skewers are the perfect companion to the Travel Kadai, ideal for kebabs, sizzling rolled bacon, or toasted marshmallows over an open flame.

Each skewer measures 45cm long, giving plenty of length to load up with your favourite meat, fish, or veg. As with all Kadai cookware, the skewers arrive with a protective coating for transit, which should be removed with a wash in warm, soapy water before a simple seasoning process to build up a natural non-stick patina — just apply a thin coat of cooking oil and heat until lightly smoking, repeating a few times for an even, blackened finish. After each use, wash, dry over gentle heat, and wipe with a little oil to keep them in top condition.

Supplied with their own canvas travel pouch, the skewers pack away neatly and fit snugly into the Travel Kadai's cotton Duffle Bag, ready for the next trip to the beach, campsite, or garden.
