Without the right pH, ericaceous plants can quickly develop yellowing leaves and stunted growth, making the right compost essential rather than optional.

Blended to maintain the acidic conditions these plants rely on, this compost supports healthy nutrient uptake and vigorous root development, helping prevent the lime-induced chlorosis that affects acid-lovers grown in unsuitable soil. A balanced starter feed encourages strong establishment, with good moisture retention and drainage striking the right balance for healthy root growth.
