Dichromena colorata 1ltr

A graceful, grass-like marginal sedge with slender, upright green foliage, topped from summer into autumn by delicate, star-shaped white bracts. Long-lasting and eye-catching, these bracts hold their colour far longer than true flowers, providing extended interest at the pond edge. A lovely addition to pond margins, stream beds and bog gardens, with abundant late-season blooms that support pollinating insects. Slow-spreading, reaching 30–60cm in height with a spread of around 40–60cm. Grows well in full sun to part shade, in consistently moist to boggy soil or shallow water up to 15cm deep.

Each plant is hand-selected to ensure it arrives with you in the best possible condition.
