Bring a touch of the seaside home with these natural sea shells. Their soft, pale tones and varied shapes give pots, planters and small garden spaces a fresh coastal feel, perfect for anyone who loves the look of a Cornish beach.

Part of Deco-Pak’s Chelsea Horticultural range, they’re made for smaller jobs where a little goes a long way. Use them as a decorative top dressing for pots and containers, to finish off succulent and alpine displays, or to add a coastal accent to borders, rockeries and seaside-themed planting. A layer on the surface helps keep in moisture and suppress weeds, and many gardeners like the sharp edges as a barrier around slug-prone plants. Shells are naturally lime-rich, so they’re best kept away from acid-loving plants such as camellias, rhododendrons, azaleas and blueberries. The handy pouch is easy to store and pour, and the packaging is made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic.
