Coprosma Evening Glow 15cm pot

Few evergreens work harder for colour than Coprosma 'Evening Glow'. Its glossy, mirror-bright leaves open a warm gold-green and deepen through the seasons to rich orange, pink and burgundy tones, giving a shrub that genuinely earns its name as the light fades. The polished foliage catches every ray of sun, making it a striking focal point in a border, pot, or coastal planting scheme.

Native to New Zealand's coastline, this rounded, spreading shrub is naturally at home in salt-laden, wind-exposed positions, making it an excellent choice for Cornish gardens. It reaches an eventual height and spread of around 1–1.5m, though regular light pruning in spring will keep it compact and bushy. Position in full sun for the best leaf colour, in free-draining soil.
