Aster Showmaker Quattro P19

Bring a late-season burst of colour to your borders with Aster Showmaker Quattro, a compact, free-flowering variety prized for its abundance of daisy-like blooms in a vivid mix of pink, purple, red and white shades. Flowering from late summer into autumn, it's a fantastic source of colour and pollinator interest just as many other perennials are winding down.

Neat and bushy in habit, Showmaker Quattro reaches around 25–35cm in height and spread, making it well suited to the front of borders, patio containers and mixed autumn displays. Its sturdy stems and compact growth mean it holds itself well without staking, and its dense flowering makes a real impact even in small spaces.

Best grown in full sun to light shade, in moist but well-drained soil. Deadhead spent blooms to prolong flowering, and cut back in late autumn once flowering has finished. Fully hardy, it will return reliably year after year.
