Angelonia Blue Bicolour 3ltr

A striking summer bedding plant with tall, upright spikes of snapdragon-like flowers in a vivid blue and white bicolour, held above narrow, glossy green foliage. Also known as Summer Snapdragon, it produces masses of small, gracefully lipped blooms from early summer right through to autumn, giving a long season of colour in beds, borders and containers.

Grow in a full sun position with well-drained soil for the best flowering display. It's naturally heat and drought tolerant once established, and being self-cleaning, spent flowers drop away on their own without the need for deadheading. Reaching around 30-35cm in height with a similar spread, it works well planted in groups for maximum impact, and makes an excellent cut flower too. As a tender variety, it's best treated as an annual or grown in containers that can be moved under cover over winter.

Ideal for adding vertical structure and colour to sunny patio pots or mixed summer borders. Each plant is hand-selected before dispatch.
