Apple (Malus) Cox Self Fertile M27

A more highly coloured clone of the classic Cox's Orange Pippin, bred to offer the same superb, aromatic flavour and crisp, juicy texture — but without the need for a pollinating partner. An excellent choice for gardens with space for just one apple tree.

Fruit is medium-sized, with an orange-red flush over a yellow-green background. The flesh is crisp, juicy and richly aromatic, with the classic Cox depth of flavour that's long made it one of Britain's favourite eating apples.

Flowers in mid-season (pollination group 3) and is self-fertile, though it will crop even more heavily with another suitable variety nearby. A spur-bearer with moderate disease resistance. Picked from late September into October and stores well into January.

Grown on extreme dwarfing M27 rootstock, reaching approximately 1.5–2m in height and spread at maturity — ideal for patios, small gardens, or growing in a large container.
