Rosa Crystal Mella 4ltr

A beautifully simple, pure white rose from the Mella collection, 'Crystal Mella' offers semi-double flowers of the purest white hue, produced in rich clusters from bottom to top for continuous colour throughout the entire season. The strong, upright branching habit gives the plant an ideal rounded shape, making it a natural choice for eye-catching borders and small hedges. Its open, natural-looking blooms are especially popular with bees and butterflies, making this a lovely addition to any wildlife-friendly or cottage garden.

Compact and resilient, 'Crystal Mella' is a wonderfully easy variety to grow, with a healthy, reliable constitution that needs little special care. It performs best in a sunny position, in fertile, free-draining soil kept moist but never waterlogged. A light trim in autumn followed by a proper prune in spring will keep growth strong and encourage the fullest flowering, with feeding recommended at pruning time and again after the first flush of blooms.

Reaching a compact 50–60cm (20–24in) in height, 'Crystal Mella' looks its best planted in groups, where its continuous white blooms create a striking display in borders, small hedging, or large containers.
