Water Lily Nymphaea Aurora 3L

A captivating, colour-changing dwarf water lily, one of the most striking of its kind. Star-shaped flowers open a soft creamy yellow, deepening through apricot-orange and finally to a rich burgundy-red over the course of a few days, creating an ever-shifting display through the season. The rounded green leaves are attractively mottled with maroon.

Ideal for small ponds, tubs and barrels, 'Aurora' spreads to around 45-90cm and should be planted in still water at a depth of 30-60cm, in full sun. Flowering from June through to September, it's a real talking point and a lovely habitat plant for pond wildlife, offering shelter and perching spots.
